On Feb 15, 2010 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Microsoft showcased one of its most ambitious projects, the Windows Phone 7 Series. This new OS has geared up GenXM App developers to offer visually richer and functionally superior mobile apps for its Windows clients. The OS will offer a completely revamped home screen and user interface experience, including Xbox LIVE, Zune and social networking tools integration. It provides integrated contacts, which show contact status updates from multiple internet services and allows fast access to rich cloud content. The Windows Phone 7 Series is scheduled for a holiday release this year and GenXM will be ready to take Windows mobile apps to a whole new level.
